In September 2023, Seaspan ULC submitted a request to amend PER No. 21-029. The request is to make a relocated floating repair facility permanent, located at 10 Pemberton Ave, North Vancouver, British Columbia. The project is in federal waters managed by the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority. As part of the Project and Environmental Review for the proposed project under the Impact Assessment Act, the proposed project was posted on the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry with an opportunity for public comment between October 4 and November 2, 2023. About the proposed amendment: Seaspan ULC temporarily relocated a floating repair facility to their existing main dock in February 2021.
