CONSULTATION Port Moody recently held a town hall on April 29, 2015 to gather feedback on the proposed project. • access to and within the Designated Anchorage Area.
  • duration of anchorage/moorage.
  • fees and charges.
  • maintenance standards for any recreational vehicles within the Designated Anchorage Area.
  • removal of any boats (derelict, in trespass or otherwise) from the Designated Anchorage Area.
the Port of Vancouver’s responsibilities would include monitoring the area outside of the Designated Anchorage Area by:
  • patrolling and monitoring for compliance.
  • removing boats or vessels that anchor within any part of the no anchorage area.
